1. What information we collect.
The Central Shenandoah Planning District Commission (CSPDC) and the Shenandoah Valley Partnership (SVP) do not collect personally identifiable information about you over the internet. The CSPDC/SVP does not seek information about you over the internet either voluntarily or involuntarily. No information is automatically collected about you simply by your accessing the CSPDC/SVP Regional Database web site.
CSPDC/SVP does not automatically place a computer file, commonly referred to as a "cookie" on an internet user's computer. The CSPDC/SVP does not place on your computer nor use information from cookies. However, cookies may be placed on your computer from sites that are linked from this website
3. Other web sites.
There are several places throughout the CSPDC/SVP Regional Database web pages that may link you to other web sites that do not operate under the CSPDC/SVP information privacy practices. When you click through to these web sites, CSPDC/SVP information privacy practices no longer apply. We recommend that you examine the privacy statements for all third-party web sites to understand their procedures for collecting, using and disclosing information.
This privacy statement was produced and posted on the Regional Database web site on November 25, 2002. The CSPDC/SVP reserves the right to modify or amend this privacy statement at any time and for any reason. If we make a significant change to our information privacy practices, the CSPDC/SVP will post notice of the change on its website for a period of not less than six months after the significant change is implemented.
If the CSPDC/SVP should collect personally identifiable information over the internet in the future, the CSPDC/SVP will abide by the information privacy practices described in its privacy practices at the time the information is provided.
